We’re open 7 days a week from 10:00AM to 4PM. We’re closed on the following holidays: Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Yes. You may pay upon arrival at the Butterfly Sanctuary using cash, credit card, or debit card. While advance reservations are not required, we recommend booking in advance during the winter season, as tours often fill up and guests without reservations may need to wait for the next available guided tour.

Online reservations help ensure a smoother check-in experience and allow you to join your preferred tour time.

Yes, there’s a free parking lot in front of the main entrance to the ranch.

Visitors are welcome to bring their own food and drinks.
However, all eating and drinking must be done outside the Butterfly Sanctuary. We have designated tables available for your use.

We are pet-friendly inside the sanctuary.
Visitors are welcome to bring their pets as long as they are on a leash at all times and remain under the owner’s control.

Yes, please check our availability of tours listed in the VISIT section.

We are wheelchair accessible.
The entire Butterfly Sanctuary can be enjoyed using a wheelchair, as all main walkways are accessible.

Please note: The restroom area is not wheelchair accessible at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

 

We strongly suggest bringing with you sunscreen, Plant-based insect repellen, hat/cap, comfortable sport shoes, sunglasses, camera, hand sanitizer, tissues/napkins, cash for gratuities, and a happy mindset.
